Another Yoga Retreat? Or a Space to Truly Exhale

I’ll be offering 2 sound bath sessions at an upcoming yoga retreat from 12–14 June.
Set in a beautiful natural environment, away from the usual rush of daily life.

This retreat is more than just yoga practice.
It is a space to slow down, breathe more deeply, reconnect with yourself, and rest in nature.

Today’s sound bath was accompanied by a simple flower mandala made with Bunga Kemboja (Frangipani).

Soft, delicate, and naturally fragrant — the petals invite a sense of calm and quiet presence.
As sound unfolds, the mandala becomes a space of offering…

It was also a time to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience the healing power of sound.

Sound is a mirror.
It simply reflects what is present.

The body already knows the way back
we listen, we accompany, and we allow the process to unfold. 🥣✨

This August, we completed a meaningful and transformative Singing Bowl Sound Therapist Training Course — a journey not only of skill-building but also of self-discovery and inner alignment.

The training marked the first official activation of our new wellness space, Maitri’OM, located in the peaceful surroundings of Balik Pulau, Penang. With its calm atmosphere, soft morning light, and a purpose-built activity hall, the space held and supported every moment of this intimate, small-group learning experience.

At Maitri’OM, we believe healing begins gently.
Thank you to all the beautiful souls who joined us. May this be the beginning of many more journeys into sound, presence, and peace.

在刚过去的八月份，我们圆满完成了一场意义非凡的颂钵音疗师培训课程。这不仅是一段专业学习的旅程，更是一段身心灵的探索与转化之路。

这次课程也是我们首次在位于槟城浮罗山背的Maitri’OM疗愈空间举行。这个坐落于自然怀抱中的新空间，以其宁静氛围、光影交错的活动厅，以及小班制的深度交流，为学员们提供了一个沉浸式的学习与疗愈环境。
