The Shanti Yoga House founded in 28 July 2012.
Jannerce teach yoga at Shanti yoga house and welcome to join yoga with me .
She love yoga and she love to teach yoga. In her life can't without yoga .Yoga make her create herself.
Jannerce started Yoga practice in year 2000, at that time she don't know the benefits of practicing Yoga. Until Jannerce found out that it helps to maintain good health, relax mind and soul.
Yoga helps to create self-confidence , bring inner peace improve strength .
Before Jannerce start to learn yoga, She used to have health issues, such as,nostril allergic , constipation , knee & back pain problems.
But after she learned Yoga all this problems were slowly improved and now she completely free from this health issues.
So , Jannerce believed yoga is good for general health.
Jannerce have been actively involved in teaching yoga since 2003.
Jannerce teach yoga because she want to let people know that yoga is good for health and hope to help people to stay healthy,fit and stay away from health problems.
Some students before they started Yoga, have experience, many health problems, however after they practice and learn yoga,all the problems were eliminated one by one.
Jannerce delighted everytime hear people who learn Yoga with Jannerce comes back and make a remark mentioning they are feeling better and healthier in General.
