✨ Breakfast vibes: Mee Siam this morning! 🍜🔥
Today was extra special — we made the Mee Siam paste from scratch for the very first time!
The result was a rich and flavorful bowl of rice vermicelli in a spicy, sweet, and slightly sour gravy — loaded with prawns, bean sprouts and fried fucuk. Topped it off with calamansi lime and Chinese chives for that extra burst of flavor.
Savory, zesty, and oh-so-satisfying. 😋
