💢Back pain happens when we lift with poor technique — like bending from the waist, rounding the back, or twisting while carrying a load.
❌These habits put too much pressure on the spine and strain the muscles, especially the lower back. Over time, it can lead to muscle fatigue, disc irritation, or even injury.

🌟Tips to Avoid Lower Back Pain When Lifting:
✅Bend your hips and knees, not just your back
✅Keep the object close to your body
✅Exhale as you lift to activate your core
✅Avoid twisting your spine while carrying — turn with your feet

坐骨神經痛是指坐骨神經受到壓迫或刺激,引發從下背部延伸到臀部、大腿後側、甚至小腿的疼痛。

⚠️ 常見原因:
• 椎間盤突出
• 椎管狹窄
• 長時間坐姿不良
• 肌肉壓迫(如梨狀肌症候群)

😣 症狀:
• 下背或臀部開始的放射性疼痛
• 麻木、刺痛或灼熱感

🏵“W”型坐姿,又称“青蛙坐”“鸭子坐”,顾名思义,是一种双腿放置类似英文字母“W”的坐姿。

🏵「W型坐姿」是非常伤害髋关节的一种姿势,当双脚往外张开坐下时,大腿骨会过度地向内旋转,内侧的肌肉过度紧缩,外侧的肌肉会被拉扯,并且会对髋关节面造成压力,使肌肉骨骼失衡,长期下来可能导致站立或走路的姿势异常。对于先天性髋关节发育不良或髋关节不稳定的孩童来说,更可能导致脱臼。

🏵「W型坐姿」通常是因为肌肉张力低下与肌肉力量不足,因此,容易导致姿势不良,经常伴随肚子前凸、胸椎后弓(即是驼背)的情况发生,特别是经常驼背的孩子,代表躯干肌力与肌耐力不足,身体会找到更多偷懒的方式,不知不觉习惯性地向某一面倾倒,随着年龄增长,容易造成脊柱侧弯。

🏵「W型坐姿」导致大腿股骨近端过度前倾,因此可能造成X型腿或走路内八。

正确的坐姿:
🫐盘腿坐:双腿向内弯曲、交叉坐姿,这是一开始宝宝练习坐时最鼓励的坐姿。
🫐半盘腿坐:一条腿伸直,一条腿向内弯曲。
🫐环坐姿:坐在地上,双腿的脚掌相对贴合,形成环状。
🫐V坐姿:双腿向前伸,呈现V型的斜状。
🫐长坐姿:双腿往前伸直,呈现平行状。
🫐侧坐姿:先采取长坐姿,再将双腿弯向同一边。

A stroke can happen suddenly, and every second counts! Knowing the warning signs can help you take immediate action and prevent long-term damage or even death.

🚨 Remember the B.E. F.A.S.T. Signs:

B – Balance: Sudden loss of balance or dizziness
E – Eyes: Blurred or double vision
F – Face: One side of the face droops when smiling
A – Arms: One arm drifts down when both arms are raised
S – Speech: Slurred or strange speech
T – Time: Time to call emergency services immediately! ⏱️

👪 What Can Family Members Do?

✔️ Stay calm but act fast — call an ambulance immediately (don’t wait).
✔️ Note the time symptoms began — this helps doctors decide treatment.
✔️ Keep the patient safe and still, lying on their side if possible.
