Plant based Japanese Okomiyaki with home made Okomiyaki sauce.😊

Ingredients for Okomiyaki pan cake:
1) Shredded cabbage
2) Shredded carrots
3) Dhall
4) Rolled Oats
5) Sliced onions
6) salt
7) Garlic powder
8 ) Brown sugar
9) Atta flour
10) Okra

Non fried 100% home made Sesame spread brown rice bee Hoon with BBQ Taufu and roasted peanuts.
Ingredients:
1) brown rice bee Hoon.
Soak in hot water for 3 mins.
2) sesame spread.
1 tbsp for 2-3 servings
3) finely chopped garlics.
Subject to individual likeness (the more the tastier)
4) Rick salt.
5) Ipoh bean sprouts.
6) Thai coriander
7) Garnished with lettuce.
8. Sesame oil.

Mixed all together and it’s ready to serve.😊

Vegan Nasi Lemak from the kitchen of Taiping SDA Church with Ellen Nathan's talent. The sambal may look spicy and hot yet no chillies at all were being added. Instead red capsicums, tomatoes, cashew nuts, garlics and onions are blended together to create a spicy aromatic sambal taste.

Gilead Health Farm-Sungai Durian is collaborating a 10-day Health Challenge programmes in Taiping SDA Church. It's located in a housing area at Assam Kumbang. The healthy life-style changing programmes consist of morning walks, aerobics, healthy hearty breakfast with lots of colourful fruits, special plant based meals are demonstrated and being prepared daily. Health talks and inspirational sharing are also part of the programmes.
