JACKYZ SOLUTION is a Food Handler Training School recognized by the Health Department, established in 2018. On 1 January 2019, it officially began providing training to food handlers in Malaysia. Food safety has always been a crucial aspect that the food industry must focus on. rocessing factories, to food exporters, every food business must ensure the hygiene and safety of food to prevent food poisoning and foodborne diseases. This helps improve the company's reputation, increases consumer confidence in the food business, and ensures sustainable profitability. We provide food handler training to every food handler (Pengendali Makanan), equipping them with the correct concepts of food handling while also complying with the Food Hygiene Regulations 2009, Section 30. After attending a 3-hour online or physical course, trainees will receive a certificate issued by our school. This certificate is recognized nationwide at any time and does not require renewal. The course fee is only RM50 per person. According to the Food Hygiene Regulations 2009, every food business must ensure:
Possess premise registration (pendaftaran premis)
Food handlers possess Food Handler Training Course Certificate (Sijil Latihan Pengendali Makanan)
Food handlers possess Typhoid Vaccination Card/Document (Kad Kesihatan / Vaksinasi Anti-Tifoid)
Restaurant owners, managers, or supervisors who wish to arrange training for their employees can click the link below to select a course date and leave the details of all employees, or PM me to arrange the training. If there are enough participants and the scheduled dates are not convenient, we can discuss organizing additional classes. Customers can choose between Malay or Chinese classes. Currently, JACKYZ SOLUTION conducts physical classes on the last Saturday of every month, from 9 am to 12 pm at ISM. Each class accommodates only 30 participants. Definition of Food Handlers (Who needs to attend the training):
1. All individuals in food premises who:
1.1 Prepare food
1.2 Countact food or food contact surfaces
1.3 Handle packaged/unpackaged food and equipment
2. Food handlers who do not yet have the Food Handler Training Course Certificate.
