Salam merdeka buat seluruh warga Tawau yang sentiasa bersatu padu dalam kepelbagaian.
Semoga semangat kemerdekaan terus menyatukan kita semua dalam keharmonian, kemajuan, dan kesejahteraan.

👩‍👦 “Doktor, anak saya ada bintik merah di tapak tangan & kaki, mulut penuh ulser, susah minum susu sebab sakit. Adakah ini HFMD?”

Minggu lepas, seorang ibu membawa anaknya ke klinik kami. Anak tersebut kelihatan lesu, demam panas dan hampir 2 hari tidak mahu makan. Selepas pemeriksaan, disahkan HFMD (Hand, Foot & Mouth Disease).

🤔 Apa Itu HFMD?
HFMD ialah jangkitan virus yang sering menyerang kanak-kanak berusia 6 bulan – 6 tahun, terutama yang aktif di taska atau sekolah.
Ia disebabkan oleh virus Coxsackie & Enterovirus dan mudah merebak melalui:
👉 Sentuhan air liur / hingus / najis pesakit
👉 Sentuhan permukaan yang tercemar
👉 Batuk atau bersin

⚠️ Tanda-Tanda Anak Kena HFMD
🔴 Ruam merah / lepuh kecil di tangan, kaki, lutut atau punggung
🔴 Ulser dalam mulut yang sakit hingga susah makan & minum
🔴 Demam panas, sakit tekak, anak nampak letih
🔴 Kadang-kadang muntah atau cirit-birit

🚨 Bahaya Jika Lewat Dirawat
❌ Dehidrasi (anak langsung tak mahu minum)
❌ Demam tinggi berpanjangan lebih 3 hari
❌ Risiko jarang tetapi serius: radang otak / jantung

💡 Apa Ibu Bapa Perlu Buat?
✅ Pastikan anak minum air banyak – walaupun sedikit-sedikit
✅ Beri makanan lembut & sejuk (bubur, aiskrim vanila, yogurt) untuk kurangkan sakit mulut
✅ Rehatkan anak di rumah – jangan hantar ke taska/sekolah hingga pulih sepenuhnya
✅ Pantau suhu badan & keadaan anak setiap hari

👉 Bawa anak ke klinik SEGERA jika:
‼️Demam lebih 3 hari
‼️Langsung tak mahu minum / kencing jadi sangat sedikit
‼️Anak terlalu lemah, mengantuk luar biasa atau sesak nafas

👨‍⚕️ Pesanan dari Kami:
HFMD boleh sembuh, tetapi rawatan awal penting untuk elak komplikasi dan beri ketenangan kepada ibu bapa.
