“别让疼痛迫使你放弃热爱的运动”

Mr Lim热爱打羽球，但去年因为膝盖受伤导致他必须暂停羽球运动。除了被迫放下自己的爱好，膝盖疼痛的问题也时常困扰着他的日常作息，上下楼梯、蹲下等需要用到膝盖的动作都会感到不适及疼痛。

经过了3个月在这里的物理治疗及康复训练后，Mr Lim膝盖的已经没有任何不适感，他也逐渐恢复运动，尤其是打羽球，现在每个月也有定期来给治疗师复诊。
