From 80° to 115° knee bending after knee surgery — recovery is possible.

Knee Replacement Recovery Progress

This uncle came to our centre 28 days after Total Knee Replacement surgery.
At that time, he was in severe pain and could only bend his knee 80°.
Walking and daily activities were very difficult for him.
With consistent physiotherapy and guided rehabilitation, his knee mobility gradually improved.

After 68 days of rehab:
Knee bending improved from 80° ➜ 115°
And he is now able to walk normally again 👏

7 Dec 2025 is the Children Colouring Contest & Health Talk at SJK (c) Sin Hwa School Hall. We are offering free physiotherapy consultation and posture/muscle pain checks. From Back Pain to Confident Posture

Before coming to us, this young gentleman suffered from frequent back pain.
He often carry heavy objects when working in a mechanic workshop. Even after visiting a clinic and completing all the prescribed medicines, his backache still persisted.

When he came to Tawau Physiotherapy Centre, we discovered he had functional scoliosis with poor posture alignment — the real cause behind his constant pain.

Treatment plan given:
