This week’s Women’s Wellness Yoga session focused on building both physical and mental strength.💪🏻

With a powerful explanation and demonstration of Bakasana (Crow Pose), our dedicated yoginis gave their all, pushing themselves to new heights, both literally and figuratively.

The joy and satisfaction on their faces at the end of class said it all.
