Advanced Medical Research in Allergy & Clinical Immunology - AMRAC Clinical Immunology and Allery Unit comprises of clinical immunologists, specialists, medical office Our Objectives:
1.

To excel in research focusing on primary immunodeficiencies, food allergy, atopic dermatitis and asthma in children.
2. To create awareness among medical doctors and health care professionals about PID (when to suspect PID and how to investigate).
3. To bring about change in the allergy landscape in Malaysia and address how allergies are both identified and diagnosed.
4. To provide therapies for allergic and immunologic disorders, particularly allergen immunotherapy and immunomodulatory therapy.
5. To share best practices with health care professionals and execute public outreach programmes in bridging the education gap in PID and allergic diseases.

East Coast Clinical Immunology Update 2025 – A Resounding Success!

We are proud to announce the successful completion of our very first East Coast Clinical Immunology Update 2025! A heartfelt thank you to Hospital Tengku Ampuan Afzan, Kuantan (HTAA) Pediatric Department for their invaluable collaboration in making this event a reality.

This course was designed to enhance the knowledge and clinical skills of healthcare professionals in diagnosing and managing Inborn Errors of Immunity (IEI), with a special focus on hands-on training in administering subcutaneous immunoglobulin (SCIG).

We are delighted to have been part of the this Immunology Seminar 2025, organized by Binding Site in collaboration with Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and held at The Vertical, Connexion Conference & Event Centre (CCEC), Kuala Lumpur today! 🎤📚

As representatives from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), we had the privilege of delivering insightful talks on key topics in Clinical Immunology and Allergy.

On Wednesday, 11th December 2024, Hospital Tunku Azizah, Universiti Putra Malaysia, and the Malaysian Patients Organization for Primary Immunodeficiency (MyPOPI) proudly co-hosted an extraordinary Professorial Round, featuring the world-renowned expert, Professor Hirokazu Kanegane.

This prestigious event brought together leading medical professionals, researchers, and advocates dedicated to advancing the understanding and management of primary immunodeficiency disorders. Five exceptional cases were shared, each highlighting unique challenges, innovative approaches, and invaluable insights into patient care.

The discussions that followed were truly inspiring, fostering a spirit of collaboration and intellectual exchange.
