Svelte.Trim.Fit is a program which focuses on sustainable change in lifestyle to achieve your weight loss goals. You get to continue eating delicious tasty food and all you need is to set aside less than 20-minutes a day for your workout sessions right in your very own home.

You will find tasty recipes for a variety of food choices with a focus on Malaysian recipes. A simple change in cooking methods and making selected ingredients swaps will result in tasty food minus the calories. We also cover "portion control" principles and how to create your meal plans which have a balanced nutrition.
