Ideally, two(2) seats would have been a good start,regardless we are thankful for the support as we embark on a 5 year campaign of planning,networking, service to the people and learning. Every organisation understands that our problem is development,specifically the development of Infrastructure across the board, as is the issue with our country in its entirety. Development is the solution, getting there is the issue,when voted into the Katima Mulilo local authority council,Katima Alliance Development Association (KADA) plans to implement a project management policy in line with the procurement act to address the developmental goals and objectives of the residents of Katima Mulilo.
