1. Keep medicine out of children’s reach.

2. Store pills in original, labeled containers.

3. Check for allergies before giving meds.

4. Don’t share prescription drugs.

5. Avoid alcohol if you're on meds.

6. Don’t double up on over-the-counter meds.

7. Check expiry dates before use.

8. Travel with your meds and a dosage list.

9. Keep sweets and pills separate.

10. Save emergency numbers, just in case.
