Hello Everyone 😊👋

Since I have received a lot of requests for meals since I stopped with the NutriGo food service, I have decided to start again on a part time basis.
I will not be able to do daily cooked meals because I am a Private Practice owner which requires my attention at least 70% of the day..

Therefore I will be starting with the following:

Frozen pre-packed - - > SMOOTHIES, JUICES, PROTEINS like schnitzel or fillets already prepped, SOUPS, STEWS, VEGETABLE MIXES.
These can be ordered on a weekly basis.

Fresh daily meals - - > sandwiches, wraps, salads, mixed bowls, mini quiches, mini platters, yoghurt muesli cups, fruit bowls.
These can be ordered daily or will be available daily.

Please let me know what your opinions are?
I want to merge my practice consultations with these meals since a lot of people struggle to follow a healthy diet due to limited time, skill, energy, etc.

I am planning on starting end of this month.
