Sometimes on this path, we find ourselves endlessly seeking — reading, learning, searching for the next answer. And yet, there comes a moment when we are invited to pause.
To trust that what we’ve already learned, felt, and experienced is enough to guide us.

This is the shift from being the student, always seeking, to becoming the practitioner willing to listen, to surrender, and to remember.
