Tomorrow we head out to Omaruru to start getting ready for the Rough and Tough Ralley.
This yearly event is held in support of the Cancer Association of Namibia to raise much needed funds to assist patients who need treatment.
We are proud to be the medical sponsors of this great event and look forward to seeing all the cars in all their funky glory.

This year we as MediDuty Event Medics will be taking hands with the amazing organization that hosts The Rough and Tough Rally by being their official medical team and medical sponsor.
This event takes place every year to raise much needed funds for Cancer Association of Namibia.
This is a cause that is close to our hearts as we have personally been affected by the loss of cancer sufferers.
We hope that this will be the first of many R&T Rally’s together.

With a strong blend of expertise ranging from paramedics, boat operators, certified and qualified rescue divers and lifeguards we make sure you are safe at your event.

What a grueling week it has been!
Today marked the final part of the Lifeguard training.
We started on Sunday with 10 people and after 6 days of early morning ice cold swim sessions to kayak training and finally our ocean swim, we were 4 to successfully complete the training and be certified!
It is not easy on the body and even tougher when you are the oldest in the group(I am in my 40’s) and being the only female.
We are no longer classmates but family!
Thank you Monarch Lifeguard & Rescue for the opportunity and world class service.
See you on the water!

We train and advance our skills to become better not just for us but for you, our clients and also our community!
Our operations manager and senior medic is currently doing her recertification in lifeguard and rescue training with Monarch Lifeguard

Today in a very wet Swakopmund, our team was on point and working in the blessings that our beautiful country desperately needs.

It is with great sadness that we hear this morning of the passing of one of the pillars of our EMS community. Andre was always there when you needed to chat about a rough call or a difficult situation. He will be greatly missed but always remembered
