NSP Run

Morning everyone 💚

Unfortunately we are posting this a little late but…

If you are in the mood to put on your running or walking shoes and get a little active then join us and the NSP (Namibian Society of Physiotherapy) this Saturday morning for a nice running event to promote Healthy Aging 🚶🏼‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️💪🏻

Race details can still be found in the link below and you can still register on the morning before the race starts,so no excuses not to be there 😎😉

We are hoping to see a few familiar faces there 💚 and until then we are wishing everyone a good rest of the week. Almost Friday 💪🏻🙏🏻

We are happy to have Kirsten back this week 😁

Kirsten was on tour the last two weeks as Team Physio for the Women’s National Cricket Team 🇳🇦 as they were playing in the African leg of the T20 World Cup qualifiers. With some amazing team performances they have qualified and have moved on to the next stage of global qualifiers which will be hosted in Nepal in January 2026, where Kirsten will be joining them again as well as a tour in Thailand in November.

We are truly proud of Kirsten’s achievements as team physio and all that she has accomplished thus far. We wish her and the ladies national team all the best for the upcoming tours 💪🏻🫶🏻🇳🇦

In the meantime if you would like an appointment with Kirsten while she is here then please don’t hesitate to give us a call.

We still have a variety of Peanut Pillows in stock. They are a great way to provide support to your back and/or neck whether it’s in sitting or lying down. It’s also a great alternative to a travel/flying pillow and packs away easily.

Happy Wednesday morning to everyone 😊

We are happy to announce that Kirsten will be back in office over the next week as she has a little break from touring with the Namibian National Cricket teams. She has been hard at work over the last 3 months touring with our National mens and ladies cricket team as physio and we are extremely proud of her for this achievement.

She will resume with the u/19 team for a short while end of the month so if you are looking to get an appointment with her while she is here then give us a call or WhatsApp us on 0816600201.

HIGH 5 🖐🏻

We were fortunate enough to have celebrated our 5th birthday on Monday since opening our doors on 27th January 2020 👏🏻🫶🏻🍾

It has been an amazing 5 years so far and we are forever thankful for each and everyone of you that has walked through our doors 🙏🏻 Once again thank you to everyone for all the love and support throughout the years and we hope to see you all for many many years too come 🤗
