Good morning everyone, happy new year and welcome to 2026 🥂🥳💪🏻💚

We hope that everyone had a jolly and safe festive season and a good start to the new year 🙏🏻

We are back full steam ahead at our practice in Swakop as of today and will also continue our usual Tuesday and Thursday visits to Henties Bay as of this coming Thursday 💪🏻

We would like to wish Kirsten and our Women’s National Cricket Team all the best for their upcoming tour and tournament in Thailand 💪🏻

We are super proud of Kirsten and her achievements as national team physiotherapist and are always happy that she is able to experience these wonderful moments and opportunities while traveling the world.

Good morning everyone 😎

We want to start our Wednesday morning off with the exciting reveal of our new addition that will be joining us from November onwards 😁

We’re excited to welcome Owetu Rukoro to the 360 Physiotherapy & Rehab team! 🙌 🥳

Owetu completed a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physiotherapy at UNAM in 2023 and has since been working in private practice, gaining experience with a wide variety of patients — both in and out of hospital.

He’s also been involved in sports physiotherapy, representing Cricket Namibia and South Africa Hockey as a physiotherapist 🏏🏑

Owetu has a special interest in Sports, Orthopaedics, Industrial Rehab, and Respiratory Physiotherapy, and is passionate about helping patients recover and return stronger than before.

Fun fact: He loves spending time outdoors and soaking up the Namibian sunshine! 😎☀️

Join us in giving Owetu a warm welcome to the 360 Physio and Rehab family — be sure to say hi when you see him in the practice! 💚💪🏻

NSP Run

Morning everyone 💚

Unfortunately we are posting this a little late but…

If you are in the mood to put on your running or walking shoes and get a little active then join us and the NSP (Namibian Society of Physiotherapy) this Saturday morning for a nice running event to promote Healthy Aging 🚶🏼‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️💪🏻

Race details can still be found in the link below and you can still register on the morning before the race starts,so no excuses not to be there 😎😉

We are happy to have Kirsten back this week 😁

Kirsten was on tour the last two weeks as Team Physio for the Women’s National Cricket Team 🇳🇦 as they were playing in the African leg of the T20 World Cup qualifiers. With some amazing team performances they have qualified and have moved on to the next stage of global qualifiers which will be hosted in Nepal in January 2026, where Kirsten will be joining them again as well as a tour in Thailand in November.

We are truly proud of Kirsten’s achievements as team physio and all that she has accomplished thus far. We wish her and the ladies national team all the best for the upcoming tours 💪🏻🫶🏻🇳🇦

Happy Wednesday morning to everyone 😊

We are happy to announce that Kirsten will be back in office over the next week as she has a little break from touring with the Namibian National Cricket teams. She has been hard at work over the last 3 months touring with our National mens and ladies cricket team as physio and we are extremely proud of her for this achievement.

She will resume with the u/19 team for a short while end of the month so if you are looking to get an appointment with her while she is here then give us a call or WhatsApp us on 0816600201.
