Lesson of the day:
Sometimes try to take advice given and act upon in with all you got, don't just wait for money or connections, words is power,act and push until it comes to pass. It can take months, weeks or even a year to see the fruit that words bare but eventually with the God by your side, through prayer and supplication,it will come to pass. Also remember HABAKUK 2:2-3.... if you ever had a chance to sit with me you know that scripture I always mention amd most live evidence of that word.

Here my mentees went to visit the prison to teach the prisoners what they learned and how to think entrepreneurially than going around hurting others,they also did some brain gym activities and mental health talks. Otavi Bosses, youn entrepreneurs.

As a business and mental health coach. I know the struggle, but let's keep pushing

You can have everything planned: Business Plan, Business Model Canvas, traction, market study, financial projection...

This is necessary to lay the foundation of a strong business.

But all of this is only 20% of the equation.

The remaining 80% is your mindset.

Your mindset is the key to facing the realities of the field.

Bankruptcy, failure, unforeseen things, and difficult situations are inevitable.

It is not the perfection of your predictions that will save you,

But your ability to stand tall in the face of storms and uncertainties...

Entrepreneurship is a marathon, not a sprint.

You must be mentally prepared to face obstacles, learn from every failure and turn every failure into a stepping stone to success.

If you want to start, be mentally strong. Cultivate your resilience, patience, and optimism.

Advice that changed lives

My Appreciation DAY:

You can't never walk into a room where Dino Ballotti is and walk out the same. I was down in business, struggling like a slave for 10 years, and yes you all had no idea because they say "never look like your struggle". I remember my hair was not done coz I couldn't afford it, I barely had food to eat, I did not even have deodorant when I walked into his office just for some advice of how do I step into my full potential. I was so weak man, even so ashamed to speak to him coz I thought my armpits smell would crowd his office.

But selflessly Dino treated me like I was the most important guest in his office. He adviced me to GET UP, STOP THE PITTY PARTY, SIT INFRONT THAT LAPTOP AND START DRAFTING PROPOSALS AND BUSINESS PLANS. my goodness I heard him but I made an excuse again and said I don't know how to draft proposals he said Cathy you know you can ,just do it. I'm busy I can help you were I can but it's your story to write and your dreams to put on paper and I know you can, I believein you. Eish and just like that I walked out of his office motivated, as I stepped out he said here is a little of what I can give please go do your hair and buy some food and toiletries omg I melted because that day I walked about 40minutes to his office with no cab money, didn't even know how to get home in this Windhoek from town to Rocky Crest. God touched him and he was a blessing to me.

I went home and mental health issues kicked in, I froze , I couldn't even begin typing, I'd sit infront of that PC crying, everyone I called to dump it off to was busy / so shortcut failed. Two weeks later I prayed and said you know what fear leave my system, I will and I must do it. I eventually with the help of perfect English man Mr. Lloyd Sikeba , I did it and the Dino said now start making appointments, go pitch your dream ,some will reject you but eventually one door will open and please don't think it will be easy but I KNOW YOU CAN ,I BELIEVE IN YOU,Men those words pushed me. Today God through him and his guidance allowed me to live my reality as a young person. I am living my passion, I just needed a little push, a little advice,a little motivation and direction how to do it and here I am. God is faithful.

It's not his birthday but the world deserves to know the impact some people make and mind you he does not like to be praised ,but dude what's due to him is his flowers while his still alive.

THANK YOU SIR, YOUR PUSH NOT ONLY FEEDS MY FAMILY BUT I PAY TRAINING FEES FOR A YEAR FOR FIVE YOUTH THAT CANT AFFORD, obviously God led and God aprroved Five candidates and mind you I'm pushing them the way you did to me. And they are doing amazing. God bless you for me. My minister, my mentor, son of the soil. Wilililililililililili.

My journey...

My Appreciation Day:

Now this is were is all started, the hot seat with Alfeus Benjamin, 2020 I actually went to his office hoping he would give me a job of even a cleaning, just to get someone the table, hahahahaha he looked at me and said my dear Cathy with all that potential you have and ambition I know you have you want to do what? No no ,not while I'm alive will I allow you to undermine your God give talent which is speaking, motivating and doing business and allow you to do what you not called to do, no never.

Then he continued saying,there is a entrepreneurship program here about to start in swakop, go and apply, go through thr training to sharpen your skills you have been in business for very long but why you failing, you need training to guide you, it's for a year, apply and pray you get accepted. And faithfully attend those classes and see what God can do. Oh men I jumped. Information is there but lack of reach is always the problem in Namibia, but here it was right infront of me. I applied and life changed, I found out my true potential, I got direction with the help of Etienne Raymond, I became the founder of National Mental Health Care Namibia,saving lives, I now speak on different topics on mental health on National FM every Sunday evening 22h00-00h00 and run a entrepreneurial coaching and mentorship program to help youth the way I was helped.

Just one appointment, actually I didn't make an appointment I just walked in 🙈 making my stress other people's stress and because of his humility and selflessness, I was permitted to meet him for a chat. I walked in depressed and walked out motivated.

I appreciate you Mr. Benjamin, I bless God for your life. Long live colleague, long live...God bless you.

The Rossing foundation. Thank you so much for trusting me with this amazing group of entrepreneurs to do some mental health talks and motivations. The best part of it all is walking out of a room and being told "I felt like a weight was taken off my shoulders", "I feel motivated", "I have never experienced such a mental health session as this"...

Mental health in business and in the workplace is very important and I'm not stopping to advocate until this stigma falls.

Galatians 6:3 If anyone thinks they are something when they are not, they deceive themselves.

So therefore please don't tell me your not good enough, you amount to nothing. Because your only deceiving yourself. You are worth it, more than enough and absolutely special. Your very existence is a blessing. Remember God cannot bless who you pretend to be. He can only access your authentic self. Which is the person of value that you are, not what your mind concluded you are due to circumstances.
