Dr. Lawson will be at ERAD on 11 March 2026 to perform Uterine Fibroid Embolisation (UFE).

UFE is a minimally invasive procedure that treats fibroids by blocking their blood supply, helping them shrink without major surgery.

Uroflowmetry is a quick, painless test that helps track your child’s urinary health by showing:
• 🧪 How much urine they pass
• 🏃‍♂️ How fast it flows
• ✅ How well the bladder empties

How it works (for potty-trained kids only 🌟):
1️⃣ Sonar check of the bladder before peeing
2️⃣ Child voids into the uroflow meter
3️⃣ Flow is recorded and measured
4️⃣ Sonar check after voiding
5️⃣ Doctor explains the results and provides guidance

No needles, no discomfort 🚽. This test provides valuable insights for conditions like bedwetting, frequent infections, or difficulty starting or stopping urine

💡 With World Kidney Day approaching, we want to take the opportunity to educate parents about the importance of urinary health and how a simple check like uroflowmetry can help.
