I will bring arnica massage oil with me, but you are welcome to provide your own oil, if you so wish. Kindly cover your bed with towels to avoid staining.

WHAT IS THE NAMA METHOD? The Nama people of Namibia have believed in the healing power of massage for generations. It is passed on in families. For example, I learned my skill from my mother, who learned from her mother. The gift of heali
ng comes from God. Our massage reminds regular deep-tissue massage but is more attentive to each client's specific needs. From an early age, we are taught to listen with our hands. That is how we learn to detect and respond to different physiological and psychological problems in the human body. Later on, I also learned modern full-body massage through a apprenticeship at Kidonsia Massage Therapy in Swakopmund. If you want to know more about the Nama massage, you might like to read what Dr. Chris Low, a well-known osteopath and acupuncturist has learned in his research among the Nama and other Khoesan people of Southern Africa. Kindly note that at the moment I am not able to bring a massage bed with me. The situation should however change in the future, as I am saving to buy a portable table. Thank you for your understanding.
