Occasional nosebleeds are common, but if they happen often or won’t stop, it’s time to see a doctor.
👉 Don’t blow your nose during a nosebleed it can trigger more bleeding.
👉 Don’t tilt your head back as this can cause blood to run into your throat, leading to coughing, choking, or nausea.
👉 Apply gentle pressure to your nose and rest. Avoid heavy lifting or straining and try not to blow your nose for 24 hours after.
