Prosperity Group recently hosted its annual Staff Wellness Day, offering employees a well-rounded experience focused on health and preventative care.
The event featured a variety of health services aimed at promoting healthier lifestyles among staff. These included BMI assessments, blood pressure checks, and glucose and cholesterol testing, giving employees valuable insight into their current health status and encouraging more informed lifestyle choices.
A highlight of the day was the mobile clinic from Mia Healthcare, which provided dental checkups, general cleaning, and fluoride treatments, an exciting first for many staff.
Optometry services were also available, giving staff the opportunity to have their eyes screened. This added yet another layer to the day’s holistic approach to wellness.
The initiative underscored the importance of taking proactive steps in managing one’s health.
