If you suspect any possible case of FMD, please contact your local veterinarian immediately for guidance and reporting. Early detection and rapid response are essential to prevent the spread of the disease.

It is crucial that we work together to protect Namibia’s FMD Free Without Vaccination status. The loss of this status would have serious consequences for the Namibian livestock industry, particularly the export meat market, and could result in substantial economic impact.
