We are looking for a ๐ก๐ข๐ ๐ก-๐ฅ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ ๐Ž๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐š๐ ๐ž๐ซ to lead our optometric practices and technical workshops in Windhoek. This is a role for a precision-driven leader ready to scale our footprint in the Namibian optical industry.

๐–๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฉ & ๐๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐‚๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ฅ: Oversee lens ordering/cutting standards and lead weekly breakage report audits.
๐’๐ญ๐จ๐œ๐ค ๐Ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ: Conduct spot-checks on warehouse and lab paperwork to ensure 100% accuracy.
๐Œ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ง๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐‹๐ž๐š๐: Primary negotiator and coordinator for all machinery repairs and supplier liaisons.
๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐†๐ซ๐จ๐ฐ๐ญ๐ก: Drive strategic initiatives to expand our brand presence throughout Namibia.

Diploma in Optical Dispensing OR ample technical experience in the optical field.
Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.
