How to check yourself (best after a warm shower):
1. Check one testicle at a time
2. Gently roll it between your fingers and thumb
3. Feel a soft tube at the back or top? That is the epididymis, and it’s normal
4. Look out for lumps, swelling, heaviness, or any change in size or shape
5. If anything feels new, unusual, or painful, book a check-up with a doctor

Glaucoma often has no early symptoms, but it can quietly damage vision over time. The test is simple and painless. Your optometrist or ophthalmologist will measure your eye pressure, check the optic nerve, and sometimes perform a visual field test or scan.

It’s extra important if you smoke or v**e! 🚭

Members aged 40+ are eligible for one glaucoma test per year under our Wellness Benefits.
