Today is Pancake Day, and there's only one way to celebrate! Yeap you guessed it, we're making Oatmeal pancakes today.
Ingredients:
π΄1 tbsp (6 g) Formula 3 Personalised Protein Powder
π΄2 scoops (26 g) Formula 1 Shake Mix Strawberry Delight Flavoured
π΄1/2 cup oats
π΄1 egg
π΄2 1/2 tbsp yoghurt
π΄1 tsp vanilla
π΄1 tbsp honey
π΄pinch of baking soda
π΄1 tsp coconut oil or butter
π΄1 handful of mixed berries
Instructions:
Grind the oats using a nut grinder or a food processor.
Mix the egg with the yoghurt, vanilla and honey in a small bowl.
Add the Formula 3 Powder and Formula 1 Shake Mix, oats and the baking soda.
Preheat a non-stick pan, you'll need low to medium temperature. Cover the surface with coconut oil or butter.
Using a big spoon or a ladle start making small pancakes, leaving some space in between, so that you can flip them easily when ready.
When the edges of the pancakes look done and bubbles come up it's time to flip the pancakes, carefully, but quickly. Cook on the other side as well.
Top with berries and serve immediately!
