When God formed man from the dust of the earth and breathed into him,then man became a living soul. Studies have shown that when you analyze all the elements in the soil like calcium, carbon, nitrogen, oxygen,etc, they are also obtainable in the human body,proving that man was taken from the earth.
The human body is made up of 70% water and 30% solid matter. In the same way the planet Earth is covered with 70% water and 30% dry ground. So,if humans are made from the earth, God in his infinite wisdom had arranged that man be sustained by the earth (garden). Gen. 1:29.
The things that comes from the garden to sustain man are basically micronutrients (minerals and vitamins), macronutrients which are carbonhydrates,fats and oil, and proteins. God made it that way so that the body can be sustained,healed and nourished by the garden. But due to ignorant of man, people suffers all kinds of diseases,visions and aspirations unfulfilled, and even die untimely Hosea 4: 6.
The quality of foods and drink that goes into your body determines your health status. The Bible attest that good can actually renew your life, psalm 103:5.
