How Do You Know You Ovulate?
Many women struggle to conceive simply because they don’t know when ovulation happens.
Intimacy during ovulation is key but the big question is: Do you know when you ovulate?
I’ve come across this many times women saying, “I don’t even know if I ovulate.”
Ovulation is the release of an egg from the o***y.
Every month after menstruation, estrogen helps prepare the o***y to release an egg. Once released, if that egg is fertilized, it can develop into an embryo.
Ovulation symptoms vary from woman to woman. Common signs include:
- Cervical mucus discharge (egg-white–like)
- Mild abdominal cramps
- Ni**le or breast tenderness
However, not all women experience these signs. So what should such women do?
👉 Use reliable tracking tools.
These include:
- Ovulation test strips (OPKs)
- Basal body temperature tracking etc.
Many women prefer ovulation predictor kits because they are:
✔ Simple to use
✔ More reliable
✔ Affordable
Even if you notice physical signs, it’s important to confirm ovulation with test strips, especially if you’ve been trying to conceive for a long time.
