One of my patients was diagnosed of pelvic inflammatory disease and ovarian cyst due to excess infections.
After three months of treatment she went back and everything was ok, I was very happy 😊

Yet no pregnancy,
When I did her OVULATION test it was boldly positive and yet nothing happened.

I told her your husband will go for s***m test let's check his s***m, she pleaded I should call the husband myself which I did,

I started tracking one of my patients ovulation last month after giving her my washing and setting herbs and OVULATION booster to help clean her system and fallopian tubes first,

A lot of women believe s***m leakage after s*x is always normal But if you have been trying to conceive for years and it's not working, please don't ignore👌

Yes, a little semen flowing out it's natural gravity will always take some out. But when it feels time everything gushes out immediately, or you've been TTC for years without success, it could be more than just normal It might be your body saying something is not right please

What can cause s***m leakage?
*Infections in the vaginal or cervix that alter the fluid balance ,
* Hormonal imbalance leading to poor cervical mucus .
s***m can't survive or swim properly 👌
* Weak pelvic muscles
* Poor semen quality, Watery semen may flow out easily without giving s***m enough time to travel upward.
* Ovarian cyst.
The worst thing is accepting every symptoms as normal when your dream is being delayed.

If you don't understand something about your body, get knowledge , get checked, and don't stop asking questions until you have answers

In my dream last night, one woman came to me and said Nurse I want to conceive, I'm so desperate, please what do I do?

When I started asking her some questions she said , nurse I did Family planning after my first child since then I have been trying no pregnancy again 📌

Let me say this again to our mothers,
Please if you're not through with child bearing don't even attempt going to family planning 👌

It doesn't favour everyone.
Before this dream I have come across this case countless times,

Learn how to prevent pregnancy if you're not through with child bearing.
Not only through family planning please 🥺
Some people finds it difficult to conceive again after family planning which is very bad 😞

In that dream I gave her treatment and prayed for her 🙏

I know God have answered her prayers since it has been reviewed 🙏
