5 health balance tips:
1. Prioritize Self-Care
Make time for activities that nourish your mind, body, and soul, such as meditation, yoga, or reading. Aim for at least 30 minutes of self-care daily.
2. Maintain a Balanced Diet
Focus on whole, unprocessed foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Aim for variety and limit sugary, salty, and high-fat foods.
3. Stay Hydrated
Drink plenty of water throughout the day, aiming for at least 8 cups (64 ounces) daily. Limit sugary drinks and caffeine.
4. Get Moving
Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity exercise per week. Include strength training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and flexibility exercises.
