I NEED to build my new 21-Storey SAPONHOUSE on 5,129sq.m. land space at 70 Olabisi Onabanjo Way (Opp. STATE HOSPITAL, IJAYE), Oke-Ijeun, Abeokuta, OGUN STATE, NIGERIA with 2). IDALE HOUSE, Oke-Suna Quarters, Owode-Egba, OGUN STATE, NIGERIA and 3). LADIPOSOLANKE HOUSE, Kemta Housing Estate, Idi-Aba, Abeokuta, OGUN STATE, NIGERIA.
THE Land Survey Plans, Certificates of Occupancy (Cs of O) and Approved Building Plans on 1) and 2) above may be obtained in collaboration with OGUN STATE Government Ministry of Lands and Survey, HOME OWNERS' CHARTER and OGUN STATE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AUTHORITY. There will be need, also, to accommodate my LONDONWORKPLAN to access my "Life Interest In Possession" of 72 John Walsh Tower, Montague Road, Leytonstone, London E11 3 to enable me settle your Bills accordingly within the year given the first N10MILLION from the Total Cost of the said Projects.
You will be sure to exercise high standard of professionalism, transparent honesty and accountability to me in these matters of REAL ESTATES' DEVELOPMENT and MANAGEMENT.
