Constipation Is a common condition that affects every human being of all ages (male, female, adults and babies).
It is a condition whereby you are unable to stool (poo) regularly, or unable to completely 💯 empty your bowel.
Constipation can make the stools to be unusually hard, lumpy, large, and even small.
It is the most frequently occur gastrointestinal complaints in the world 🌎.
Constipation occurs when bowel movement become Les frequently irregular and stools become difficult to pass.

Constipation happens mostly when there's changes in our diets or inadequate intake of fibres diet or inadequate water (fluids) Intake.
