Quinoa: Can I Feed My Baby Quinoa?
Quinoa (pronounced keen-wah) is the seed of a green vegetable that looks like Spinach.
It's a small grain, light in color and round in shape similar in appearance to Sesame seed(benne seed).
It comes in colors such as purple, red and black and is prepared in similar ways like Rice and other Grains. You can get it from major malls(except it's common in your local market)
Quinoa is a superfood which can be given to babies in many different ways. It's a wholesome food for babies with many amazing benefits.
Quinoa can be introduced to babies from 8months and above.
