NOWHERE IS SAFE: A LESSON FOR PARENTS

As a Ruqya therapist, I have witnessed countless cases of evil eyes, black magic, and witchcraft—realities that remind us of the unseen battles surrounding us. Recently, I encountered a disturbing incident at one of our Ruqya centers, a place where many afflicted souls seek relief.

Among the patients was a 17-year-old girl named Khodeejah, a diligent SS2 student attending one of the most prestigious Islamic schools in Abeokuta which I will not mention intentionally. What struck me most was her harrowing ordeal with a fellow student, Faatimah, an SS3 girl who, despite her outward piety marked by wearing the jilbab, had become an agent of darkness, initiating others into witchcraft.

Khodeejah, however, resisted their advances. Enraged by her defiance, Faatimah and her accomplices turned their plots against her, casting spells in an attempt to subdue her. By Allah’s permission, some of their schemes affected her while others failed. A Ruqya therapist advised Khodeejah to apply Rose Musk, a well-known protective perfume, before leaving home daily. This measure initially shielded her, frustrating their plans.

But as the battle intensified, Khodeejah began to falter, forgetting to apply the musk one fateful day. That lapse gave her adversaries the opening they sought. She became possessed, displaying irrational behavior, and was brought to our center.

During the Ruqya session, I discovered two jinns within her—Joseph, a ruthless tormentor, and Yusuf, who had entered to protect her from Joseph’s tyranny. These jinns frequently appeared in Khodeejah’s dreams, engaged in fierce battles. Joseph’s influence grew, casting black magic that impaired her sight and comprehension, leaving her struggling in class. He even appeared to her physically in class, threatening her to stay silent about her ordeal, especially with her father, whom she deeply trusted and confided in.

Joseph and the witches despised this bond between father and daughter, as it exposed their schemes. Yet, by Allah’s infinite mercy, Khodeejah persisted in speaking up. Through continuous Ruqya and divine intervention, all the jinns in her body eventually embraced Islam and departed, freeing her from their grasp.

This experience underscores a sobering truth: even the environments we deem safe—such as reputable Islamic schools—are not immune to spiritual corruption. Parents, this is a call to action. Sending your children to Islamic schools is commendable, but it is not enough. You must remain actively involved in their lives.

Build a strong, trusting relationship with your children. Listen to them without judgment. Be their anchor in a world rife with hidden battles. While I’ve shared this account, there are layers to this story that remain untold. Let this serve as a reminder: protect your homes, your children, and their hearts through prayer, vigilance, and constant reliance on Allah.

Indeed, nowhere is safe except under Allah's protection.

*Symptoms of Black Magic*

The symptoms of victims affected by Black Magic or Possessions may be same, as both involve the influence of Jinn or a group of Jinns in the victims/patients body or homes.

*There are a lot of issues aside the spiritual aspect of marriage to counsel our youth on before getting engaged or married*
Many of us can testify to the havoc caused by the issue of genotype. This is due to negligence, ignorance and perhaps infatuation.
Oh Dear Youth, before embarking on the journey of Nikkah, kindly know your partner genotype and blood group.

Blood group has become so alarming. Ladies, if your Rhesus factor is A- B- O- AB- watch out for your partner's blood group, if it is positive, that means you need to have a vast knowledge on how Rhesus factor works if not, an anti-body will be created in your body and it will always affect your fetus(which is Rh+ automatically) and definitely leads to miscarriage everytime.
Know this:

Rhesus does not cause infertility. Infertility is a situation where the woman cannot conceive at all. In the case of rhesus incompatibility, the woman might not be able to carry the baby to full term but at least, there will be conception. Rhesus can only cause the woman to have recurrent stillbirth.
There is an injection they do administer in hospital against the formation of anti-D antibodies. It is called Rhogam.

As at 2000, it was #7,000.
As at 2007, it was #14,000
As at last year, it was #48,000
Now, I heard it is #60,000.

The injection will be taken twice, one during pregnancy and the second is within 24hours after birth. This will be done to every pregnancy a woman of Rh-negative had for a man of Rh-positive.

There are many ways you can test to know if your honey is original or pure.

These are Six (6) basic test methods:

(1) MATCHES TEST: This method is what most people are familiar with. When you dip a Matches stick inside honey and lights it, this indicates the honey is pure though it is advisable to try 2 or 3 major test to be 💯 assured.

(2 ) WATER TEST: This method of testing gives very much assurance. When you pour honey in a cup of water, it will settle at the bottom of the water without mixing except you mix it.

(3 ) PAPER TEST: Pour little drop of honey on a plain paper, let it spread and check the other side of the paper. The other side of the paper will be dried because honey contains glucose, fructose and pollen, naturally occurring water in honey is between 15.5% and 18.6%.

There are many people that want the blessing that Almighty Allah has bestowed on you, live a cool and calm life. Don't brag flaunt your success. Your success will speak for itself. There is a great lesson for us in Qur'an, Suratul Yusuf, when Prophet Yusuf told his father that he had a dream, he saw eleven stars, the sun and the moon prostrating to him, Prophet Yaqub (His father) told him to keep the dream to himself not to tell any of his brother. There is a great lesson here.
