Breakfast. As earlier said in my previous post , your best first breakfast is 2glases of water
Then the balance diet follows after at least 45min๐
Breakfast is the most important among the 3squre meals
๐ณ๐ฅHalf riped plantain beans porrage with milked pap
*Is ๐ balanced for breakfast? the answer is yes.
*Pap= (corn) carbohydrates๐ energy
*Beans= protein + fiber, ๐body building
*Red oil = fat and oil ๐vitamin A good eye site
*Plantain = minerals, vitamins๐iron
*Other Vitamins= crayfish minerals protein n calcium D.
Pepper n onions (vegetables) rich in Vitamins A, and C.
*Water, which regulates the system aids in proper digestion.
LUNCH: is based mostly on heavier food. It requires more carbohydrates and touches of other vitamins.
Eg, ๐ฅ๐ณpounded yam with ugu leave Egusi soup. With cow skin and assorted fish.
These also contain the essential nutrients required for your well-being. (6 classes of food)
At Dinner, we need light foods to help our body function well, while we sleep most of our body system(organs) doesn't function as ought to eg digestion takes place during sleep but slowly.
*Foods like mixed fruit ๐๐๐ carrots is very essential in foods because it's rich in Vitamins A, D,E,C.
*One can go to bed with well processed fruit juice with some slices of bread.
If you must eat real food at night make sure enough vegetables is involved .
Always form a habit of taking fruit some minutes after dinner for a healthier bowl, n heart.
