There are 13 another secrets of Charcoal.

Charcoal is something you must have on you all the time. In Case you never paid much attention, it's time to do it.

Here are the benefits of charcoal you never thought of:

1. Does your shoe smell bad? Just buy charcoal and put it in it.

2. Do you have a bad smell in your room? Drop Charcoal that you think the smell might come from.

3. Does your refrigerator or freezer have a smell? Put a piece of coal in it.

4. Do you have a strong body smell? Just make a charcoal powder and use. Charcoal is very good to get rid of the bad smell.

5. Have you ever wondered why your parents always pick up the ashes of the coal pot to pour in the hen or toilet before sweeping? It was to get rid of the smell.

6. If you want your vegetables to be fresh all the time, make a solution with charcoal and leave your vegetables.

7. Nowadays, people complain about the use of fertilizer on plants and vegetables, making them unhealthy and toxic. If you have charcoal, you don't have to worry about it. All you need to do is leave the vegetables in a charcoal solution during the night and it will take care of the toxins.

🧠 Are you dealing with anxiety, depression or both?

Well, to be clear, the only way to know for sure is to talk with your doctor or mental health professional.

But just for educational purposes, let’s discuss!

There is some overlap in symptoms and there are some important differences as well.

One way to tease them apart is determine if your mental health issues are mostly characterized by fear, worry, anxiety or apprehension, or are you mostly dealing with low mood, sadness, hopelessness, or loss of interest?

If you say, “Oh wow, I’m all of the above!” then you very well could be dealing with both simultaneously.

High-functioning anxiety may not be a diagnosable anxiety disorder, but many people find themselves in this category - suffering with anxiety, but outwardly able to function relatively well.

If you have high-functioning anxiety, you may even be praised for how you’re seen on the surface: high achieving, bending over backwards to help others, a perfectionist, detail-oriented, etc.

Having these traits are typically praised because it makes life easier for others!

Even though you may look “fine” on the outside, you’re frequently anxious on the inside.

You may feel stretched too thin, overthink everything, procrastinate because of your perfectionism, and worry people aren’t happy with you.

Here are a few affirmations to practice if you struggle with high-functioning anxiety:

👉 It’s ok to reach out for help when I need it.

👉 My work is good and doesn’t need to be perfect.

👉 Other peoples opinions of me are not my business or my problem.

👉 I am valuable, simply for being - not for what I can do or accomplish for others.

👉 Today I can fully enjoy each present moment instead of overthinking things of the past and future.

🧠 Anxiety isn’t always obvious like being worried about the future, or feeling nervous to give a speech.

This is by no means an exhaustive list, but here are a few behaviors that might mean you’re dealing with some anxiety:

✔️ Skin picking, nail biting, or hair twirling - with anxiety often comes excess nervous energy. This can result in body-focused repetitive behaviors such as these.

✔️ Procrastination - you’re not lazy when you procrastinate! More often, this behavior is driven by fear, anxiety, and perfectionism.

✔️ Seeking reassurance on the internet or from others in our life - You may have a strong urge to figure out what’s causing your strange symptoms or why your partner is acting that way, so you seek out immediate reassurance. Sitting with the anxiety of not knowing is too hard sometimes!

✔️ Excessive planning and organizing - This is often driven by an anxiety about getting caught off guard, not being prepared, or an anxiety-driven need for control.

✔️ People-pleasing - people pleasing isn’t always caused by anxiety, but it often is! You may fear letting others down, or fear rejection or abandonment.

✔️ Overworking or keeping busy - You may overwork or stay busy as a way to distract from and avoid your anxious feelings.
