my advise
IF you notice strong sharp pain around the lower Right side of the Abdominal region, pls don't assume you have ulcer or infection. 95% cause of Sharp pain in the Abdominal rejoin is caused by Ruptured appendix

🥀FIBROID! CAUSES, SYMPTOMS AND MANAGEMENT:

🌿Fibroid is an abnormal growth that develops inside or outside the uterine walls. They are typically rounded and looks like nodules and can grow in size from less than 1cm-20cm as large as watermelon.

🍀Fibroids can grow as single nodule(single fibroid) or clusters(multiple fibroid). These growth can be on the inner, middle or outer surfaces of the uterus(womb)

💥CAUSES OF FIBROID!

1.🌲Hormonal imbalance: Estrogen and progesterone are the major hormones that regulates menstruation. These hormone causes changes in the uterus and make suitable for implantation and nourishment of the o**m. Any form of increase in estrogen or progesterone over time may lead to fibroid

2.🌲Oral contraceptive pills: (OCP) there are many of these drugs. These pills function to prevent pregnancy and in family planning. Intake of these pills blocks either the release of estrogen or progesterone there by interfering in the normal hormonal regulatory pathway mechanism which can lead to neoplasm of the tissues of the uterine wall.

3.🌲Spontaneous Abortion: is the loss of pregnancy naturally before twenty gestational weeks of pregnancy is known as Miscarriage
In most cases of there was no proper surgical evacuation of the content in the uterus completely after miscarriage. These remnants can also begin to grow and form malformations.

4.🌲Hereditary: could be from blood lines, if a family has a history of fibroid there's an increase risk of developing Fibroids.

5.🌲Genetic: scientists has proven that there are genes associated with uterine muscular fibroid.

🌳SYMPTOMS OF FIBROID!
1. Heavy menstrual bleeding
2. Menstrual period lasting more than a week
3. Prolong or unbearable menstrual bleeding
4. Spotting or bleeding between periods
5. Pelvic pressure or lower back pain that doesn't go away.
6. Urinary urgency without pregnancy
7 Anemia

🍒PREVENTION OF FIBROID!
1. It's Advisable to always take contraceptives under the guidance of a physician.
2. Whenever miscarriage or spontaneous Abortion happens proper evacuation should be carried out thereafter.
3. Always seek the help of a physician earlier once you notice any of the symptoms listed above.

🌷DIAGNOSIS: Fibroids can best diagnosed using MRI, Ultrasound or CT scan.
