🎁 December is actually the best month to revamp your health.
NB - This is not about your new year's resolution.

💚 Your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health will be better revamped🧨if you choose INTENTIONALITY over sentiments Here are a few tips:

💚 1. Choose 3 or more days from December 20th OR from December 26th.
📢 2. Two days before your set date, increase your water intake to 3 litres minimum. _(Adding lemon cucumber and ginger to it would bring an added healing advantage)_ You'll continue this water drinking habit all through your rejuvenations days.
☘️ 3. A day before buy some fruits (especially watery fruits) to last for 3 days.
🏝️ 4. The night before, soak a teaspoon of cloves powder in 2 litres of water.
🧡 5. Day 1 - upon wake up, drink 2 cups of your clove water. Drink one cup every following hour.
🥝 6. At 11.30am start prepping your fruits to start eating them at 12 noon.
🏵️ 7. Eat a serving of fruit every 3 hours.
🍑 8. Stop eating fruits at 6pm.
🌻 9. Drink ginger or moringa tea between 8pm - 9pm.
Repeat ALL Activities 4 - 9 for your 3 rejuvenation days.

💫 Hello, friend and followers. When my father turned 99 officially, I shared some of his lifestyle habits which I thought could be emulated by others.

As you can expect some commented that I was lying and some of course found it interesting, and promised to take up one or two of these habits of longevity and Godlikeness.

3 weeks ago the Brafem Geriatric Foundation in collaboration with the government of Kwara State, organized and Elders Appreciation Event and my father Olusola Ajolore was honored. 🔥 The JoyJazz Charity Concert scheduled; to hold on December 5 is loading.

The new smoking is lack of physical activity.

🔥 Have you ever wondered 🤔why our progenitors lived long? My Dad is officially 99 and always moves. This, I believe is one of the reasons he is still physically fit 🤸🏃- both his mind and body are mobile. As a matter of fact I still can't keep up with him.

By all means don't stay still for more than 40 minutes...shake your hands👋, your feet, your head🦵!
