Stagnation is death👽!
✨ Your brain cells must move.
🌱 Your lymphatic system must move.
✨ Your blood must move.
🌱 Your limbs must move.
✨ Your muscles must move.
The new smoking is lack of physical activity.
🔥 Have you ever wondered 🤔why our progenitors lived long? My Dad is officially 99 and always moves. This, I believe is one of the reasons he is still physically fit 🤸🏃- both his mind and body are mobile. As a matter of fact I still can't keep up with him.
By all means don't stay still for more than 40 minutes...shake your hands👋, your feet, your head🦵!
Benefits of regular motion and physical activity are extensive, encompassing physical health benefits like stronger bones and muscles - improved heart and lung function - reduced risk of chronic diseases (such as heart disease: type 2 diabetes, and some cancers) - and better weight management.
