LIBRARY LOCATION De Counseling Orchard Library is conveniently situated at Abiding Grace Plaza in Apo, Abuja, near the Federal Government Boys' College, ensuring easy access for students and residents alike.
Usage Fees:
- ₦2,000 per day
- ₦9,000 per week
- ₦30,000 per month
