Someone is abusing you, both verbally and physically, talks to you anyhow, insult you at will and yet you are praying to God that No weapon fashioned against you should not prosper, Didn't you know that you are already the weapon fashioned against yourself like that.

What are you still doing in an abusive relationship, you deceive yourself by saying he has apologized or she has apologized. Some will even say that He will change she will change. Toor.

Some will say, see he is not even beating me again unlike before that he beats me every time, but it now once in a while, didn't you see that he is changing small small. Haaaaaa Anty wake up form your sleep

He said it just a moment of weakness. When will that moment be over in his life.

It better you advice yourself and know what you want. Abusive partner will still be abusive in marriage.

3-things that can fuel your Love life.

1. Always have a time out together (in an open place for singles)
and keep having time for each other, having time with your partner fuels the fire in your love life.

Shop together, go to parks, pray and study the Word of God together, read books together, watch movie and analyze it together. Just create a time out for each other.

2. Speak to each other often: There is power in speaking with someone. It keeps your bond stronger πŸ’ͺ gist together, Talk about everything. What you are passing through, how your day went and all.

Don't you wonder when you see someone already catching feelings for another person simply because they speak so often over the phone? That's to tell you the power of speaking... Especially for a longer period or often.

Gist and laugh together always. Don't got mute or silent on each other no matter what.

3. Don't keep offense: settle your scores, dispute, misunderstanding as soon as you noticed them. Don't keep it to yourself or hold it back..
Let it out immediately it happens or not to long after the offense.
Just make sure it does not lingers for too long.

I present to you this month edition of our Expository Talk

Theme: Managing Stress 😬😬😬

Many of us think to manage stress is not possible. Some people can only do one thing at a time, its good but we can do better.

This is not about being a house wife or not. It about what you can handle or do

Personally over the years I have been able to manage some level of stress and not break down. Not easy though πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ

If you know what it's means to be doing a 24-hour work for 3 years which you have about 2-3hours to rest and sometimes you dont even have the opportunity for the sleep, daily content writing to keep my page active alongside with running an Online Monthly Program, I still went ahead to enroll for a Degree program β˜ΊοΈπŸ˜ƒ but in all of these I did not break down rather I came out stronger and better.

And we didn't look like what we have been through anyways πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ.

You will be faced with alot of ups and downs😞

Message to someone out there (Especially the ladies)
The fact that marriage didn't happen to you early enough does not mean it won't happen.

Because you see your mates even those that are younger than you getting married or even with their own child does not mean yours won't come

Keep your head up and never fall for those cheap lies of the devil whispering into your ears that your time is going. Hold onto God, make Him your all in all, trust Him for everything and He will come through for you.

But while waiting for the right person to come do the following:

1. Keep adding value to yourself
2. Do things that would make your life better
3. Make sure you are right yourself
4. Check your attitude and behavior
5. Check your dressing and your appearance, wear a good deodorant, rollon, and perfumes
6. Be happy at all times.
7. Wear a good smile. Don't look like your problem.
