You remember the story I shared yesterday about one of us?

She was just a salesgirl in her millionaire businessman husband's shop... he never let her touch his money.

I know you’re hurting.

Yes, you have been wounded. But should you bleed on those who didn’t hurt you?

She wasn’t supposed to survive.

She wasn’t supposed to rise.

Everyone thought she would break.

When the Titanic sank in 1912, thousands perished in the freezing Atlantic waters. Families were torn apart. Lives shattered.

But among the survivors was a woman whose story few remember.

A woman who boarded that ship as a poor, struggling immigrant, escaping a painful past.

A woman who lost everything when the ship went down.

She should have drowned.

She had no money. No home to return to. No one waiting for her.

But she did something extraordinary.

She refused to be defeated.

With nothing but the clothes on her back, she started over.

She worked tirelessly, rebuilt her life from scratch, and became a successful businesswoman.

She turned tragedy into triumph.

Years later, when people asked how she did it, she simply said:

"I decided that I would not let the waters that tried to drown me define me."

And now, I ask you, my dear sister…

Will you let this crisis drown you?

Or will you rise?

Will you let the pain write your story?

Or will you take the pen and write a new ending?

Yes, it’s hard. Yes, it’s painful. Yes, it feels unfair.

But like that woman, you have a choice.

You can stay in the wreckage, or you can rise from it.

Your pain will not define you.
