Wholesome Health with Dr Attah

Wholesome Health with Dr Attah Wholesome Health is Service to Humanity in consideration to good health of individual, community, a nation and global health.

It is born out off an attempt to alleviate human suffering occasioned by health and economic challenges. Many thanks for liking our page & your good questions. Just in brief, we are building d page & will soon launch same fully. But as an insider like u, I will briefly inform that it (WH) is geared towards service to humanity in which building/empowering capacity of individuals, Communities, and corporate organizations (private & government) are the principal goals. This will be through health & economic empowerment. We all know that immunization will definitely be part of it. For instance, apart from the routine immunizations for women & children we aware that there is Immunization for d aged (>50 or >70) that is well known & practiced in d Global North while most Countries in d Global South (LMICs especially SSACs) are yet to key into this in their national routine Immunization schedule. Immunization which has always been d most cost effective public health intervention ever known to man cannot be more relevant than now that d whole world is boxed to a corner by dreaded pandemic (COVID-19). Worse still is d degree of mutation of d causative agent (SARS-COV2). It is therefore, pertinent that boosting immunity through quality/safe nutritional supplements & immunization together with control of comorbidity is an effort in d right direction! Now, Jeemson Medical Investment NIG Ltd is rolling out, through “Wholesome Health” in partnership with an American based company, an immune boosting strategy that will keep people above the age of 40 years healthy. It also has a business component bcos u cannot make an individual completely healthy if she/he remains poor. Other areas, will include, but not limited to, community empowerment, Health System Strengthening (HSS), advocacy for good governance, global health with International agencies for other African countries where health system are weakest. There are many more in the areas of health & economic empowerment as you will see when the page is fully developed/launched. Note that honest & hard working people shall be fully involved as this group has always been the source of our inspiration as our scope of operation is global. Once again, many thanks for your questions and show of interest to all that take interest to visit our site.

I am excited with 2023 because I have determined to affect humanity through sustained and unimaginable friendship and collaboration to influence my community, environment, Nigeria and the globe to improve the age long abysmally low/poor Life Expectancy at Birth (LEB -men 51-52/ women 53-54) in subsaharan African Countries.

This might sound like a tall order but with the world 🌎 largely narrowed by social media (sm) to a global village while expanding the much/scope that can be achieved in 24/7, this vision becomes easy mission to accomplish.
This vision is driven by the concern of effects of COVID-19 that has worsened global economic challenges to families and nations, imposing avoidable human challenges/ suffering.

I am therefore calling on friends, relations and professional colleagues to join me in this noble mission.

We can begin this journey with your free participation in the ongoing 90 days social media (sm) challenge.

It is a forum where sm gurus have volunteered to empower you to achieve this noble course/cause.
What is your 3 goals for 2023?

And heaven and nature sing…”

Happy Birthday to Peter Obi, my dearest Big Bro:

I will never forget your kindness to my beloved parents. Thank you for the respect you showed them, for your many visits to Abba, where you gave to Daddy and Mummy the most precious gifts: your time and your attention.

Thank you for walking this still-unbearable journey of grief with my siblings and me.

I remember how you regaled Daddy and Mummy with your stories until we started joking about your obsession with the “GDP of Malaysia.” But your obsession spoke of hope: your hope for Nigeria, your belief in what Nigeria could be. A belief that has always been practical, grounded in numbers and in reality.

I remember when you came to support me as I was being honored by the United Nations Foundation in New York, and I teased you about the inexpensive hotel you were staying in, and you shrugged and said, “it’s just a place to sleep, why do I need to be in an expensive place?”

And then only days later, you once again exhibited your incredible generosity to the causes you believe in, and it reminded me of all the hospitals and schools and churches you have supported over the years, and often without fanfare. You have always been clear about what your priorities are, what matters to you, what you believe should matter, and that is deeply admirable.

I have always admired your humane pragmatism, how you are willing to talk to almost anyone if it will bring about a good outcome.
And how you believe in certain ideals without being an ideologue.
And how you see people as people, knowing that human value is not measured in material terms.
And how you are able to laugh at yourself, and laugh when I tease you about your ‘one shoe and one shirt.’
And how you have always been consistent in the core of who you are.

Thank you for your compassion and your circumspection. For your honesty and your humour. For your willingness to acknowledge flaws, yours and others’, knowing that nobody is perfect. For your fuss-free kindness and your humility that is never performative.

I am inspired by your intellectual curiosity, your eagerness to learn, your genuine love of education (which is why you sought out, and honored, Daddy all those years ago when you learned that he was Nigeria’s first professor of statistics.)

Sometimes it is the simplest of language that captures the most complex of things, and so I will end with simplicity: You are a good man. You are loved. You are appreciated.

May your eyes continue to light up when you talk about the lovely confident Margaret (Thank God she agreed for you!) and your lovely children, A and E.

May joy follow you and yours always.

Mummy called you her ‘first son,’ my siblings and I call you our 'big bro,' and I cannot wait to call you ‘My President.’

I cannot wait for February 25, 2023, when I, with personal pride in you and with hope for what Nigeria can become, will cast my vote for you and your running mate, Senator Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed.

Chukwu dube gi. God Keep you.

With love, Chimamanda.
