 Avocado provides healthy fats that keep skin moisturized. 
Chia seeds add omega-3s, which are great for skin health.

*Ingredients:*
2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
1 orange, peeled
1 small piece of ginger
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup water
Ice cubes
Carrots are high in beta-carotene, which the body converts to vitamin A, crucial for healthy skin. 
Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce skin inflammation.
The good thing is you can make these smoothies protein rich to suit your health needs.
