✍️✨ At the 2024 World Sight Day event, participants were encouraged to follow the "20-20-20 rule" to protect their eye health. This involves taking a 20-seconds break from screens every 20 minutes focusing on something 20 feet away.

This simple practice helps reduce eye strain from prolonged screen time.
Interesting, right? ☺

Let me know in the comment column, if you will try it out.

The passion and the drive for service delivery is second to none when it comes to the National Eye Health Programme team.

Despite delay in our flight schedules to Delta State (Asaba & Warri) we were not deterred, our team saw it as an opportunity to dot our I's and cross our T's.
