Menstruation, Periods, are just as natural as breathing. Without which, no one would be here.

Yet,

Every day, millions of girls and women bleed in silence not because they're ashamed, but because the world taught them to be

She skips school.
She hides her pain.
She feels dirty.
Not because of her period but because of the stigma wrapped around it. But because of lack of access to Pads and menstrual hygiene solutions😔

Too often , many girls have to choose between a pad and a meal.
Too many have no clean, private toilet to use.
Too many are shamed, excluded, or made to feel less for something that is natural.

Together, Lets create safe spaces where Amanda, Emem, chisom, Aisha, Ene, olayinka, Dooshima and every other girl feels safe to say "I'm on my Period"

Ambience Global Women Initiative works to improve menstrual health around us, ensuring dignity for all. 🩸 Menstrual Hygiene Day 2025🩸
