When I consistently say that at Three C’s, participants are exposed to the diverse and dynamic perspectives of mediation, it is never mere talk — it is lived experience.
Today, two of our distinguished Fellows and Faculty members facilitated deeply enriching sessions:
Sonal led an insightful session on Conciliation, intentionally drawing clear distinctions between Mediation and Conciliation. You would be surprised how many professionals still blur the lines between the two. The clarity she brought reinforces why proper training matters.
Tina facilitated on Empathy — and she did not merely teach it; she embodied it. As she spoke, empathy was not theory. It was presence. It was authenticity. It was connection.
This is what we mean when we say mediation is not just a process — it is a mindset, a discipline, and a calling.
After tomorrow’s session — which promises to be profoundly insightful — we will have just three more sessions to wrap up this quarter, by God’s grace.
Join us on this mediation ride.
There is indeed no better time for the practice of mediation than now.
