*How To Keep Your Eye Healthy*

I have shared this many times and I need other to note it too...

* Eat healthy. Eat lot of vegetables, fruit and Oil fish.

I can hear you say ' I love taking soft drink.

If your intake of soft drink is too much, you are on the journey to damaging you eye.

Most especially individual suffering from diabetes.

* Stop smoking.

* Do away from staying too much on screen and phone.

* Always make sure you do exercises.

A long walk can also be helpful.

* When in the sun, wear Sunglasses or Hat that stop the reflection on the might.
