1) DONT SKIP SUNSCREEN APPLICATION AND REAPPLICATION
~ I know you may know this but it’s important that it’s said again. For your skin to be healthy and remain healthy you need to take your sunscreen application very seriously. You also need to ensure you reapply your sunscreen every 2.5 to 3hours as this will ensure your skin is always protected from the sun and the damage it can cause.

2) DON’T SELF DIAGNOSE AND TREAT
