🚫 Myth busted! 🚫 Eating high carbohydrate food like pounded yam late at night won't give you a pot belly. Weight gain occurs when you consume more calories than your body needs, regardless of the time of day or the type of food you eat.

💤 However, it's best to avoid large meals late at night as it may interfere with sleep and cause discomfort such as indigestion or heartburn. Opt for smaller, lighter meals to promote better sleep and digestion.

⚖️ Remember to balance your meals with other nutrients too, as consuming too many high-carbohydrate foods regularly may lead to weight gain over time.
