I know someone who has been treating peptic ulcer since I was a child.

Not because the ulcer cannot heal, but because staying consistent with the right habits has been a struggle.

Healing requires patience, discipline, and small daily choices, and that part is often the hardest.

Today, many people live with constant heartburn, stomach pain, and indigestion. Some have even given up, thinking this pain is now part of their life.

But peptic ulcer disease is not stubborn but it is a condition that slowly takes away comfort and peace of mind, when it is not properly understood or managed.
